fry9 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "fry9" / "the Operator" / "we" / "us" — refers to the company operating the fry9 platform at fry9.ws under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the fry9 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the fry9 website at fry9.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account features, and support services accessible thereon.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created by a Player on the fry9 platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other supported payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional funds credited to an Account by fry9 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by the Operator's international gaming licence obligations.
• "Terms" — refers to these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.

To be eligible to register and use the fry9 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of any employee of fry9 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers;
• Not have a previously suspended or terminated fry9 account;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

fry9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe specified by fry9 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

If fry9 discovers that a Player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, fry9 will immediately close the Account, void all bets and winnings, and refund only the original deposits made — minus any bonuses received and minus any administrative costs incurred in the investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the fry9 platform. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. fry9 employs automated and manual account-matching systems that detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited.

When registering on fry9, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address;
• Keep your fry9 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential;
• Notify fry9 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Update your account details promptly if any information changes;
• Not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.

fry9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from fry9 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately. fry9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player sharing their login credentials or failing to maintain account security.

Deposits:

• fry9 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard;
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, subject to payment provider limits;
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the fry9 PKR wallet instantly in normal circumstances;
• fry9 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the fry9 account;
• fry9 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 for all payment methods;
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 20 minutes on average for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions;
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank follow standard interbank processing timelines and may take up to two (2) banking days;
• fry9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full;
• fry9 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of fry9.

fry9 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• A Player may claim only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms;
• fry9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an account;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, including the creation of multiple accounts, will be voided along with any associated winnings;
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms;
• fry9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

All games on the fry9 platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating. By placing a bet or spin, you confirm that you understand the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. fry9 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been placed and accepted by the system;
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, fry9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake;
• fry9 sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds that apply;
• In-play cricket betting markets — including PSL and international matches — are subject to brief suspension during significant match events such as wickets, overs changes, and DRS reviews;
• fry9 reserves the right to void or settle bets at corrected odds where a manifest pricing error has occurred, provided that the error was reasonably apparent to the Player at the time of betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fry9 platform:

• Registration of more than one account per player;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to fry9 support immediately;
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer environment;
• Match-fixing, sports manipulation, or placing bets on the basis of insider information;
• Money laundering or using the fry9 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity;
• Use of payment methods belonging to third parties or the use of stolen payment credentials;
• Chargebacks on deposits made to fry9 — initiating a chargeback without prior communication with fry9 support will result in immediate account suspension.

fry9 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected, fry9 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and withhold any funds in the relevant account pending investigation.

fry9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. Every registered player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from the fry9 account dashboard after login, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choice (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or deposit;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your fry9 account. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, fry9 will not send promotional communications and will make every reasonable effort to block access to the account;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss figures.

All content on the fry9 platform — including but not limited to the fry9 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of fry9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fry9 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fry9 platform without prior written consent from fry9. Unauthorised use of fry9's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fry9 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the fry9 platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or any other circumstances beyond fry9's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your fry9 account where fry9 was not at fault;
• Decisions made by the Player based on information published on the fry9 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional descriptions;
• Any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances outside fry9's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or third-party payment provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits fry9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

fry9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• A Player provides false, misleading, or incomplete KYC information;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require fry9 to restrict or close the account;
• A Player requests account closure through the self-exclusion tool.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by fry9 or by the Player — any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud investigation requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met in full.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your fry9 account or any transaction, you must follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the fry9 support team via on-site live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide your account details, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence;
2. Step 2 — Initial Review: fry9 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within five (5) business days. Complex cases may require up to fourteen (14) business days;
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with fry9's response, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant body under fry9's international gaming licence for independent adjudication.

Players should not initiate chargebacks with their payment provider as a first resort. Doing so bypasses the fry9 dispute resolution process and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fry9 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fry9 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory bodies specified under that licensing framework, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents fry9 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.
